Hey you :)

This is me, Sandra, also known in certain circles as Dusty.  I'm an Irish photographer in Stockholm, and I specialise in on location child and family photography.

Thank you so much for dropping by the Jolly blog.  I run Sandra Jolly Photography with my husband (a.k.a the nicest guy in the world), who happens to be Swedish and often assists me on shoots.  I have two sweet young daughters and a very handsome dog who feature regularly on my blog.  I've been told I'm funny, but you can't believe everything you hear. 

Why do I photograph children and families?  If you're a parent, then you'll know.  Parenthood is not easy.  Some days you just fall into bed exhausted, not quite knowing where the day went.  There will be great days, too.  Days when you think being a parent is just the best thing ever.  I want to help you create your family legacy wall - full of beautiful images of your family - so that when you're having a bad day, you will look at those pictures and smile, because they will remind you of how lucky you are to be part of your tribe.  Sometimes we all need reminding.

Forewarned is forearmed:

If you are looking for a photographer who will get perfectly staged, smiling photographs everytime, that’s not me. If you are on the hunt for an inexpensive photographer, that’s definitely not me. If you are after ‘just one or two good pics’ of your family, I don’t think we are a match made in heaven. However, if you want a positive energy photographer, someone who will look after you and your family like their own, and will provide you with timeless, natural, emotive portraits of your child and family, then I think we can definitely work together.
