I'm not sure how I've fallen so behind in blogging, actually, no, that's a lie. I do know. I can explain! Just bear with me. You see, I simply don't take as many pictures in the winter and there's a couple of reasons for that. The first one is the light, or lack thereof, if you live in Sweden. Enough said. The second reason is the winter clothes! The God-awful, bulky, texture-less, boring winter clothes that one requires in colder climates, just don't inspire me! I am no fashionista, but I know the kind of clothes I like in photographs - soft colours, beautiful textures, graphic-free, timeless garments. Not always practical, but most often photogenic.
The other big reason it has been quiet on the blogging front is that I was working very hard on setting up my online shop! See above. It was a real labour of, well, I want to say love, but technical tasks rarely have me jumping for joy! That said, I am super happy with the end result. You can now (if you want to show your walls some love) purchase beautiful framed or unframed landscape prints, or if you are a photographer and want to know how I shoot, you can buy a Skype video session with me! And lastly, the other reason it's been quiet on the Jolly front is that the family and I went home to Ireland for over a week to celebrate my birthday. Good times were had by all!
